Sorry but assasin has ruined any possibility of a dual wielding class being added.

One reason is that the damage of the swords would need to be equal or less than daggers or youd get assasins using them for way to much damage. You might have noticed daggers are just slightly more than half what a standard sword has for max damage.
Basicaly youve come up with some nice skills that could be added to an assasin or warriors skill set, with a little balancing, but this could not be a new class in GW.
Sorry.

its way to much like a warrior except with a few monk skills thrown in. I like the dual swords idea but try making it not EXACTLY like another poffesion.

Dual Weapons I think is still a possible option... depend on how its done.
But with daggers already, its not that Wow to have another sets of pre-set dual swords...

As above two said... still feel much like a Warrior. A Gurdian, as the name suggest, should Guard more. Which might be good to have more Self or Party Defensive skills (but need to work differntly from a Monk), and/or ways to draw enemy fire. Ward heavy proffession would fit the picture.

I think the description you designed for this class was a good one, a class that actually involves tanking, taking the damage in another players stead, would be an inovation. What you have is a warrior identity, mixed with assassin and dervish attacks, and some warrior and paragon like support and shout skills.

There is nothing new here at all, it offers nothing that the game doesn't already have, and moreover, it isn't what you described. Tell me how is a dual sword weilding class even pretend to be more defensive than a warrior who uses a shield?

Beyond that, I am not totaly against new classes with swords, but there should be some distinction between this class and warrior, either rapiers and sabers, or tachi and katana, something significantly different within the realm of swords, not the same thing.

Personally, this class wouldn't change much if we could just make the "Wassin" Wa/Mo LFG! lol, no offense meant.
We already have a protector class in the game in the form of Paragons

The main attribute is
A)Not very original.
B)Broken. Why is it broken? Because it increases the chance to double strike AND attack adjacent targets. This would mean that you have a possibility of attacking all adjacent foes twice, about the equivalent of a primary attribute Hundred Blades. Not to mention that the difference between this and dagger mastery, is that this can be translated to a weapon such as, say, an axe, or even a hammer. In order to not be broken, the percentage would have to be REALLY low, making it not very useful. I'd suggest changing it if you can think of something more distinguishable from different classes, but I can't see any way to salvage it.
